Mr Evan Sha, Deputy General Manager of Messe Frankfurt Shanghai Co Ltd remarked: “Despite reservations about the global environment, more international exhibitors are strengthening their sales focus on the evolving Chinese market. Also, to increase their profile at the show, some exhibitors such as Buffet, Dixon, Roland and Yamaha have increased their booth size by 20-50 percent. Commenting on the show, Mr David Kaye, Trade Show Manager for Taylor Guitars said: “Music China is a unique opportunity to interact with not only musicians and guitar players but also with many of our suppliers. Our market share has grown in China primarily due to many young Chinese consumers who are becoming more aware of non-Chinese brands through the Internet. This opens up more doors for US based companies like Taylor.”
